These old style spring actuated couplers are not very popular nowadays, but were pretty much the norm in the years gone by. The overall profile and design has also undergone a fair amount of change, but these still do the job and can also be a little less costly. These particular hitches were made for New Holland backhoes and were sold mainly to Spanish customers.
