Kismet Industries (KI) has almost all manufacturing facilities to produce buckets and attachments from start to finish in house. Its state of the art machinery is geared up for CAM (computer aided manufacturing) operations. Starting from high definition plasma cutting tables to numerically controlled shears, we have a 300 ton CNC brake press for precision bending, a CNC 4 roll plate bending machine to roll all our bucket shells, fully automatic bandsaw machines and CNC machining centers. Our welding machines are robot ready and programmable for specific jobs. Our 100,000 sq foot facility has several overhead cranes for speedy material handling and our CAD based design team is ready to take on bespoke jobs along with original designing based on customer needs.

  • Two Messer cutting tables (4 m x 12 metres each) equipped with HPR 260 XD cutting systems with a dry fume extraction system
  • NC operated Durmazlar shear for 3 m wide plates x 10 mm thickness capacity
  • 4 roll Davi plate bending machine for plates 2.5 m wide and 10 mm thickness. Two other conventional plate bending machines for different thickness and profiles
  • CNC Hydraulic Brake Press (Durmazlar) of 300 ton capacity
  • Fronius digital inverter welding machines TS 5000 series for heavy duty welding, besides other welding machines from Esab used mainly for tacking and assembling
  • Conventional Horizontal boring machine of spindle dia 100 (Tos) along with conventional lathes for one off jobs
  • In-house CAD / CAM facilities to manufacture customised attachments, using AutoCad 2D and Solid Edge
  • CNC turning centres from Mazak and Okuma, and vertical machining centre from Okuma
